Clayton is a passionate sixth-generation Texan and seasoned professional in the real estate industry. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Tarleton State University, he also holds both an MBA and a Master of Land Economics & Real Estate (MRE) degree from Texas A&M University.

His professional career includes experience in:

• Brokerage & Management of Land/Ranch Properties

• Commercial Real Estate Appraisal

• Commercial Real Estate Finance

• Property Tax Consulting

Clayton is also active in the local community. He is a former Ambassador for the B/CS Chamber of Commerce and is a 2023 graduate of the Leadership Brazos program. In November 2022, Clayton was appointed to the City of Bryan Planning & Zoning Commission. In January 2024, he was elected by his peers to serve as Vice-Chair of the Commission.

When not working, Clayton is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys traveling to the Rocky Mountains, hunting, hiking, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. He is also near completion of his private pilot license and is passionate about general aviation.
